This might require splitting up the current installer Dockerfile into two Dockerfiles: one that downloads the installer and another that creates an in-place installation. The Unix-style installation would then be in a third dockerfile that builds off the installer dockerfile.

Questions to self: should the uninstaller script be included? If so, where should it go? Maybe /usr/bin/racket/uninstall.sh?
