It seems due to the high guest access load, users get kicked from the wifi if not actively browsing. Not content specific but raising here incase we host the workshop again we can either evaluate solutions or explain to participants ahead of time to avoid confusion.

Potential solution is to encourage those who can tether their phones to do so.
