[Feature] option to add background tab to front

It is possible to have an option to sent tabs open in background in front of the deque?

Use case, I'm on a page, middle clicking links and close the page: I want to go to the first link I've clicked from the closed page.

Shouldn't be difficult to add an option. I was thinking maybe using the toolbar icon for it, so you toggle this behaviour by clicking on it and/or maybe using a keyboard shortcut. I think there are use cases for both behaviours. Would it be a problem that the order would be reversed?
