Retraining the Pretrained Models

I want know, is there a way to retrain the pretrained model?

Where are you seeing as pretrained model?

I mean there are some trained models available at http://panchenko.me/data/joint/adagram/ and https://yadi.sk/d/W4FtSjA5o3jUL (official). Those model are trained on huge amount of Wikipedia data and I want to retrain those models with a specific domain data for our usage. I want to know weather it is possible or not.
