Wasm: camera stops movement when cursor out of bevy window

Hi,
Just noticed a behavior: the cursor stops at the border of the bevy window, causing the camera to stop its movement.
The cursor should go past the window boundary to keep

Bevy 0.14.1.

Maybe it's an option in Bevy itself and not this crate. Don't know.
