Component: salt

Why this is needed: Some Solutions may need to deploy specific StorageClasses for their users to provision Volumes.

What should be done: Deploy StorageClasses at the same time as UI, CRDs and Grafana dashboards.

Hello should the StorageClasses be scope in a namespace ?

SC's are not namespaced, they're cluster-scoped.
