Lot's of Spam

All of a sudden I am getting lot's of spam. Is there any way that this can be improved to add a verification for the submitter.

We started getting daily spam too, which is especially bad since it gets forwarded to our Discord channel as well, and GitReports makes it looks like it's coming from me -_-. Disabling GitReports for now, I guess.

Would love to re-enable if there are any solutions. Moderator-approved comment queue would be great. An anonymized link that a crawler cannot find or guess would probably help in the short term so we can just remove ourselves from their spam list.
