Mini Kyc document id encryption

Hi...
on paytm we can do mini kyc just providing our document details.. like my only mentioning DL number.. before sending to server app encrypt that document id there is something like "x-keyiv" which is used to encrypt document id.. It will be greatful if you can provide code for encrypting that id..
