Single user has the ability to Like and Dislike a particular word multiple times.

Describe the bug
Whenever we clicked on the Word card of Like and Dislike button , count of like and dislike increases or decreases many times.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to http://localhost:3000/
2. Scroll down and go to alphabet section.
3. Click on any word.
4. Click on like or dislike button, multiple times.
5. See error

Expected behavior
One users allows only one time they can either like or dislike words.

Hey @its-akashjha , I tried to reproduce the issue but I didn't face it.
As I tried to like a word for the second time I got a pop-up warning "You already liked" (as you can see in the screenshot provided below)

Hello @kanhaiya04, I have attached a screen recording that demonstrates how the like and dislike buttons are not functioning properly. As you can see in the video, sometimes they work perfectly fine, but other times they do not.
