bower package says 1.0.3 but installs 1.0.0

Hi scotch people,
trying to do an install via bower bower install scotch-panels all verbose install info is saying #1.0.3 but the js files that show up are all 1.0.0 in the header comments. I even tried installing scotch-panels#1.0.3 directly with the same results. I'm thinking it may have something to do with the '1.0.3' tag? I'm not an expert but the '1.0.3' tag appears to have older file version
