Greek language support

What about Greek language?

Greek is currently not supported, however I am hopeful that this can be added soon. Unlike with Tesseract, several of the features in Scribe OCR require having embedded fonts that accurately replicate a wide range of source documents (and that have permissive licenses). We currently have this for Latin and Cyrillic script, however not Greek. Therefore, the font resources will need to be updated for Greek support.
