This is a great blog platform in its simplicity. It would be greatly enhanced by the addition of webmention support (which is an upgraded trackback-style interface) and additional microformats.

The webmention endpoint could be on the dynamic side of 1999 while offering up the microformats on the static pages. See the full spec
