	<li>In the powershell window that appears, type <strong><code>New-SelfSignedCertificate -CertStoreLocation Cert:\CurrentUser\My -DnsName me</code></strong> and hit enter.</li>

	<p>Then close and re-open your browser and come back to this site.</p>
