IPv6 binding

I don't think I can get this to do a IPv6 bind.

Haven't tried myself, but would be very open to any patches that would add ipv6 compatibility.

I have no idea how Rust works. Are you determing the bind address by parsing the hostname? Therein normally lies the dragons. That and your AF_INET* selection
