子控件为横向滑动RecyclerView，并且这个RecyclerView的item是个竖向滑动的RV时，滑动item里的RV出现冲突，具体表现为：
直接子控件的横向滑动RV在最左边（也就是第一个item完全可见时），滑动item里的竖向滑动的RV，这个横向刷新控件会触发下拉刷新。
