A little confusion about buddy allocator optimization in Lab2/Part2 description

In task we have

Давайте попробуем здесь сэкономить 1 бит:

We aren't actually saving 1 bit. From task implementation details it follows that we saving just 1/2 bit (because we still need allocation bit, but not for each block, only for pair of blocks.)

Seems like it's a bit of confused task description, probably it needs to be adjusted.
