WHAT

Precisamos corrigir o retorno e o teste na rota de criação de Iniciativa na API.

CHECKLIST

  • Corrigir o retorno para BAD_REQUEST quando houver algum problema com os dados enviados
  • Corrigir asserções de statusCode nos testes de backend
