WHAT

Precisamos modificar a entidade Organization para receber novos dados.

Atributo/Coluna	Tipo	Nullable	Obs

CHECKLIST

Modificar a entidade
Definir novos campos (nome, tipo, nullable)
Ajustar anotações (ORM)
Gerar a migration e executar em ambiente de teste
Ajustar as fixtures atualizar dados para os novos campos
Executar load e verificar se tudo carrega corretamente
Revisar documentação e ajustar se preciso.
Criar/atualizar testes cobrindo os novos campos
Verificar cobertura mínima
