Grabbing a recipe from www.gusto.at won't work (no valid scheme was found).
Is there a way I can add support for this page myself?

Hi, yes, I see what you mean. That site uses the schema markup method instead of using ld+json.

To add support for pages like this, you would need to write a tool that could search all the markup and create a json schema out of it. Unfortunately, I don't think it would a quick thing to implement as there's a lot of variation with json schemas.

But I will leave this issue open in case anyone wants to add other ideas here.

After digging into recipe schemas, I have come across 3 main types which are Microdata, RDFa and JSON-LD. We could add support for the other two. While this may still not work for every website out there but the plugin will cover a lot more websites if we do implement. What do you think? @seethroughdev
