Prefix for database table names

What do you think of the concept of adding a 'prefix' to the options, which will be used to prefix the database table names? With AWS there's no real namespacing different projects under DynamoDB, so this would fill that gap. Yes, it would be possible to you the 'base' feature of Seneca, but that seems to be slightly different in semantics (and would require me to go through and edit all the different make statements).

I'll leave it alone if you don't want it, otherwise I'll implement.
