	- first functioning version (barebones SilcClient functionality)
	- provides SilcClientOperations callback structure mechanisms:
	  - silc_connected
	  - silc_say
	  - silc_channel_message
	  - silc_private_message
	- these SilcClientOperations are implemented, but do not callback to perl
	  - silc_get_auth_method (no-so-silently skipped for now (stderr))
	  - silc_verify_public_key (not-so-silently skipped for now (stderr))
	  - silc_ask_passphrase (not-so-silently skipped for now (stderr))
	- provides accessor methods to join channels, send messages, commands, etc
	  - connect (wrapper for silc_client_connect_to_server)
	  - command (wrapper for silc_client_command_call)
	  - join (wrapper for command = /JOIN)
	  - nick (wrapper for command = /NICK)
	  - chanmsg (wrapper for silc_client_send_channel_message)
	  - privmsg (wrapper for silc_client_send_private_message)
	  - run (wrapper for silc_client_run)
