A potential customer reported a result in a mobile Google search that we aren't scraping. I can reproduce it running the same query.

Everything in the red box is not being scraped.

For reference, some cached versions are still parsed correctly, so most likely a slight UI variation we'll need to update 👍

We now properly parse these organic_result items, along with their carousel details.
