Enable ignoring of bundle files

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The use-case is a bit niche, granted. But we have some platform-dependant libraries in our bundles. To reduce the download-size, we would have to create three platform-specific bundles with mostly the same files. It would be nice if single files could be 'ignored' in a bundle.

The deployment-config could include a list of paths to ignore from the bundle.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Making bundles for each combination of excluded files, which would be a lot more complex when creating the bundles.
