Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It would be nice to be able to tailor the Support "tab" in the SYM-Helper's Settings to whatever it would be needed since this is just text and content.
Describe the solution you'd like
For example our knowledgebase doesnt uses a number "KB123456" like most knowledgebases, instead its a Title name, so I would like to change the title "KB:" to something else like "Article:" or the Team Website title to Open a Ticket and just be able to add a link to the value.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Search through the code to see these values represented and hard code it there, but this defeats some of the purpose of SYM-Helper.
