Alright, here we go:

To start off, WHMCS license checker reports that my.ravnix.net is not authorized to use WHMCS.

Alongside that, I've also spoken to several past ravnix clients.

Torrent has a blog post mentioning their issues with ravnix. One section in particular was important:
I bought a new dedicated server and transferred all my data. On 01/27/2025, Layerized (Kayden) asked me to let him know when it’s safe to power off my server. Hello? I still have 2 weeks on my billing cycle. Settle down there, buddy. Hilariously, my server with them went down again on 01/31/2025.
I spoke to Torrent privately and learned that there was also no compensation for this.

Seems like ravnix can authorize themselves to take servers down whenever they would like to.

Anthony was another client that had issues. They were renting a dedicated server which was down for around a month. His refund requests were also ignored until he had to resort to a chargeback.

Anthony was banned after winning the dispute.

According to all this, it's undeniable that ravnix has downtime issues and is unwilling to cooperate with their clients, as well as is ignorant when it comes to compensating their clients. They also use pirated billing software.

I'll be listing them in 4 days from now unless if ravnix can come up with a reasonable counter-argument
