- 2 lbs salmon
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 soy sauce (no bullshit)
- 3 garlic cloves, crushed and minced
- juice of one lemon
- 1 teaspood salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- sliced lemons and parsley to garnish
Preheat oven to 350. Lay foil on baking sheet and place salmon on foil (you are going to seal the foil).
Season with salt and pepper, and fold the sides of the oil up around the salmon.
In a small bowl, whisk the olive oil, brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Pour glaze over salmon and seal the foil.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until salmon is cooked through.
Open the foil evelope, baste the fish with the sauce and broil for 3-5 minutes until caramelized.
Garnish with lemon and parsley if desired.
