Adding 4th device says failed to connect #266

When I try to add a 4th device it says failed to connect. I have confirmed that I can ping the ip address. Modbus is enabled on the raspberry pi. I used victron grafana docker and connected it via ip address and that worked it can pull data. I have restarted the raspberry pi and home assistant with no luck

I have enabled debug logging it say connection refused error 111 but the rapsberry pi does not show any errors on the modbus page
