Harvest Golem Mystery: Incorrect quest item referenced

Please, provide a clear description what the bug is:

On the quest "The Harvest Golem Mystery", the part where you are sent to gather "intact runes" the pfquest-turtle addon seems to display the wrong information as it references "cracked rune" on the quest where it should reference "intact rune" as can be seen in the following screenshot.

Steps to reproduce the behavior with as much detail as possible:

1. Accept the quest part of "The Harvest Golem Mystery" where you are sent to gather intact runes.
2. Make sure to have the pfquest-turtle addon installed.
3. Observe as the cracked runes are referenced on the quest part where intact runes should be references

Expected behavior. Describe how it should work:

The drop rate for intact runes are 40% but for some reason pfquest-turtle references the cracked runes which have an 80% drop rate. Therefore, what should be happening is that pfquest-turtle should reference the correct item in the database.

I'm also seeing the same thing:
for the quest, we're supposed to collect 'Intact Animation Rune':

Mouse hover mob 'Harvest Golem' shows wrong item:

Also shows wrong item for mob 'Harvest Watcher' (which should not show for this quest, but previous quest):
