The installer needs to be able to download some app metadata from a well-known location so it knows which app to install. Currently it downloads from jdeploy.com. However it would be better if there were multiple locations that it can try, in case one is down for some reason.

Easiest would be to just create an S3 bucket with all of the metadata.
