在 #14 中, 我支持了 lexer_repl 和 parser_repl 现在我们可以在终端看到我们的输出了 😆

但是有些时候不太易用.
希望可以支持

彩色关键字, 例如 DuckDB 自带的 client 会高亮绿色关键字. 这看起来很不错.
如果没遇到 ;, 则应该继续输入.
默认屏蔽 ctrl-c ctrl-d 等信号.
支持方向键上下切换 SQL.
