功能建议指定域名使用指定上游DNS解析 #244

如题，因为一些第三方的DNS网络，不同的公共DNS，解析结果也不一样，如果想根据自己网络调优，需要指定域名使用指定DNS解析，建议增加这个功能

这个跟domain_primary_sample, domain_alternative_sample有什么区别?
