The multiselect widget (bsmselect) moves the items that you've picked to the bottom of the list and greys them out.
On screens that use a multiselect in a dialog with tableform, those values stay at the bottom of the list next time the dialog opens for another record, breaking the ordering.
The example we have had a custom report where this is happening is the media flags dropdown when editing media.
I can't think of many places where there are multiselects in a dialog. The query builder might be another, but it might also load the contents when the dialog opens and avoid this.
If this is the only dialog that is effected, the simple fix is to just reload the ordered contents when opening the edit dialog.
