Come up with a possibility for how the variant, sQTL, junction, isoform information could be represented in biosurfer.

Define input data
Define the objects and their relationships (URM)
Define use cases

Capture the above information through an outline and sketches/diagrams.
This will be discussed with collaborating labs.
