What happened?

Resuming an incomplete upload results in the following message:

Uploading build Bliss-v16.2-guacamole-OFFICIAL-gapps-20221226.zip. Start? [Y/n] 
We found a previous upload attempt for the build Bliss-v16.2-guacamole-OFFICIAL-gapps-20221226.zip, created on 2023-01-07T05:04:48.996979Z.
❌ ERROR: {'detail': 'Offsets do not match', 'offset': 55000000}

What can we do to reproduce the problem?

Resume an incomplete upload

This appears to be a server-side caching error, see: shipperstack/shipper#160

However, releasing 1.9.0 will cause maintainers to not be able to upload builds, so this release is blocked until the issue mentioned above is fixed.
