IRCTC webpage does not load from cypress close to Tatkal opening time

Describe the bug
Firstly, kudos! You have developed an amazing bot to handle the IRCTC booking.

However, I'm having issues with the site loading during the tatkal opening timing. I tried to book a few times today (10 AM slot and the 11 AM slot). I started the script about 4 minutes before the open time, but the webpage does not load from the script. However, IRCTC website opens normally from the browser during the same time. I have included screenshot when it is not working as well as when it is working.
