Siphon crashes; no setting line available

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Installed Siphon with Cydia
2. Clicked on Siphon icon
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Should open application; instead, the dial pad is shortly visible and 
disappears rapidly

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
version 3.9.19
iOS: Whited00r wd6 on iPhone 2G

Please provide any additional information below.
There is no line for Siphon in Settings
