Just so this doesn't fall under the table—we might need to have different levels of DB access privileges: a high level for the first install (to truncate tables or drop/create DB, for example) and a lower level for regular updates.

Yes we have already a ticket for that:
https://github.com/shopware-redstone/shopware-operator/issues/73

Maybe you could provide me the least privileges version for this and for the setup job I would go with root, because this should only run at the start and the customer has full access to the db in the setup job.
