The purpose of this change is to open up more possibilities when messaging/automation with WhatsApp is performed via Python, with more dynamic logic.
Currently, template messages need to have a related document to retrieve the values... however, there are some needs that will not have a document and for which we need to send a template.
Situation 1.
The user will reset the password on the website and will receive a token on WhatsApp. This token is not stored anywhere.
Situation 2.
The user will receive a message informing them that their lab tests are ready. The message content will contain their password to access this test, which is related to the patient...
