"Project is online" message while "launching"

Hi. Thank you for creating this module. It helps me a lot.

A thing that I noted today is that it notifies with "online" even when the project is "launching. "

This is a mode of pm2 that you configure your process to send a notification to pm2 after launching.

The thing is that if a problem happens and the code does not goes up, telegram notification is sending "is online" while the pm2 is telling launching.

My code is with an issue, and it is not launching, it falses tells me that everything is ok.
