Reason for disagreement: As shown in the course website, "hindering the user" refers to inconsistencies in documentation as well. As the "Use Case Ends" location is inconsistent across the screenshot above, this falls into the category of inconsistency in documentation. Additionally, the textbook shows that the "Use Case Ends" line should appear on a new line after the last step.
