Secure icons are locked by Google. With the same logic any person can take your phone, force power off by pressing and holding power button and then connect to pc and wipe everything off. Do you see what can be done by accessing your device? So, always keep an eye on your device and do not give it to everyone. Like your wallet and cash money. They are as volatile as your device |

disable the Pulldown Notification Bar in lockscreen when device is not unlocked ,because when device is lost so the person who gets it should not be able to turn the internet or any other settings on or off , and one more feature like when a user wants to restart/shutown the device the pascode needs to be enter
