Who are the users?

Future quantum computer programmers

What is the essence of their dissatisfaction? If they read this answer, would they say “thanks, I wish I’d thought of putting it that way”?

This area is pretty new, so there aren't many competitors. In case it becomes a huge area. A great tutorial website should be useful

What are you building for them?

An easy to understand quantum algorithm introduction website.

  • animation showcasing how quantum algorithms works
  • play with quantum algorithms on the webpage super easy
  • maybe build a good js quantum algorithm engine

Write a blog post title for your product launch. Is it surprising? Is it new? Will your target customers want to click on it? Will they want to share the link? Will they still share it the next day?

Quantum algorithms - so simple even a monkey can understand

First impression

"Wow, this is so innovative"

Disclaimer

I'm only an innocent child browsing through issues and don't know shit about quantum-anything besides Schrödinger's .

Further research

"Wut, is quantum computation even possible on Oracle® JavaScript©™?"

"Let's hope quantum computers are something affordable desirably by individuals, at least by organizations and universities and not private property of Google®."

Problems

  • Who will generate tutorials?
  • Why do the tutorials have to reside here but not in some other random tutorial site?
  • Why does this idea sound more like a business than a side project?

Suggestion

  • blog title: "quantum algorithms for monkeys"
  • make good use of the 量子波动 joke

Above is my two cents.

@fakefred Ha, glad this title interested you. Actually this idea is not so "innovative". People have already done lots of work in this area

e.g.

What I want to do is more like play with the current algorithms, it should be fun learning and implementing them. While learning them, if I can make a website and generate some tutorials from my learning notes, why not😂

About the problems you mentioned

  • Who will generate tutorials?
    me
  • Why do the tutorials have to reside here but not in some other random tutorial site?
well, this question is hard to answer. I just want to make a new one because it might be fun and provide value to others
  • Why does this idea sound more like a business than a side project?
不想当将军的的士兵不是好士兵. I think it makes a side project more fun if it has the potential to become a "business"(i.e make money). A project people willing to pay money for means it is valuable
