windows edge lost sessions/wasn't synced, had to reinstall, lost everything. where to find?

long story short, I was using Tab Session manager on edge, and I ran into some complications. I lost my sessions, and it wasn't being synced. I checked the folders, and it wasn't saved either.

any thing i can do to possibly get my old sessions back? it's pretty important that I find them

i checked my recycle bin, and it doesn't have anything recent
