If I've a IPSec server listening to port (500) how can I connect to it ?

I'm trying to set in address something like : (ip_address:port) but I can't connect

@deounix have you found anything? because i need the same thing i have ip and port.

ex: connect('192.166.0.1','username','pass')

its giving me unreachable error and i think its because of port.
