Creating a project, then going to home page, doesn't show the project #839

If someone with project-creation rights (such as our manager user in the test data) creates a project, they are taken straight to the project page, where it clearly exists. But if they then click on the Home button in the breadcrumbs, they will not see their newly-created project until they refresh the page.

This is probably a GraphQL cache issue similar to #838. Also, while solving this issue it might be good to check if creating a project based on a draft project will remove the darft project from the GraphQL cache, or if the admin dashboard will continue to show a draft project that no longer exists after the real project is created.
