[Bug] Folders break model selection

I first noticed this issue when I would try a few different merges in a row and found they produced exactly the same images.

I then would try making more merges, this time without choosing a filename, and I noticed the auto-generated filename would not change, regardless of what checkpoints I selected, and included the name of a random checkpoint at least two times, unrelated to what I had selected.

Then I loaded the checkpoint mentioned in the filename and lo and behold, it produced the same images using the seed from before.

To confirm my suspicions I moved the checkpoints I wanted to merge into the root models\Stable-diffusion folder, selected them, and voila, the filename and expected result would actually reflect what I selected.
