While attempting to migrate api.silverstripe.org to github pages it was noted that github pages could not be accessed when someone was working from home using cloudflares dns, though they could via a VPN

This is an issue others experience, including at least one other core-committer member who could not access elvis.silverstripe.org from their network

This has been reported by others in wider github community

It seems the core issue is that because github pages is basically free shared static web hosting, it has been abused as a platform for spam or other malicious material, and thus led to its IP addresses being added to a deny list by spamhaus

While this could removed from the list short-term, it is outside of our control and it is likely to be re-added to a deny list in the future. This effectively makes github pages non-viable to us as we cannot assume that everyone can access it

We should migrate the following site currently on github pages to vstacks on silverstripe cloud. They will need to be wrapped in silverstripe sites and updated to run on crons e.g. via queuedjobs rather than on git push
