Alerts aren't being appropriately monitored in the #grumpy Slack channel. Let's look at moving all remaining alert notifications to: #ccs-alerts.

Also, it would be good to confirm if any alerts are going to #sscom-notifications. If there are, consider moving these to #ccs-alerts to keep everything in one place.
