dann existiert noch der Pfad im Dateisystem.

Lösche den Pfad von zigbee_5 in /opt/iobroker/iobroker_data

vielen dank! genau das war´s
komisch nur das es bis zum 22.12. noch funktioniert hat und ich bin mir sicher das ich da keinen ordner erstellt habe

Dann hast du sicher irgendwann mal eine Instanz 5 erzeugt. Zigbee löscht soweit ich weiß den Datenordner nicht beim löschen der Instanz
