"Playlist is equal to" not giving correct results

I'm sorry if there is already an issue reported on this but I didn't see it. Multiple times I've created an auto playlist where the only condition is "Playlist is equal to" that points to one of my static playlists but it doesn't show all my songs. In one case the original playlist has over 150 songs but the results of the auto playlist is only 37.
I know this seems pointless but I'm doing it so that I have better sorting options in the playlist.

My best bet would be this is #119: is it possible that there are songs in the playlist that aren't in your library?
